Sydney is a licensed Dietitian offering nutrition consultations for AcuBoston patients. She is a specialist in both Integrative and Functional Nutrition (IFNCP), and Diabetes Care and Education (CDCES).
Her approach integrates the wisdom and science of Eastern and Western nutrition through a functional lens to uncover the root causes of symptoms—not just manage them—supporting long-term healing and sustainable change.
For 10+ years, Sydney has served veteran and military communities—first as a clinician with the VA, and later as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force. Her military experience introduced her to acupuncture, and she currently studies Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at the New England School of Acupuncture! She is recognized by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and holds a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas.
